1. All Sales Are Final on Opened Products

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with. This policy protects all customers and ensures that no returned items are ever resold.


2. Returns for Unopened Items (30-Day Window)

We accept returns of unopened, sealed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation number or receipt).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To request a return authorization, please email support@novalabplus.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.


3. Refunds

If your return is approved and received in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not refund original shipping costs.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that:

  • Are submitted after 30 days;

  • Involve opened or damaged products;

  • Lack proof of purchase;

  • Appear to be fraudulent or abusive.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@novalabplus.com. Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.


5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please reach out to us within 30 days of your order date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement if appropriate.


6. International Orders

Customs regulations vary by country. We are not responsible for delays, taxes, or fees imposed by your local customs authority. Refunds will not be issued for packages refused or abandoned at customs.
